1月26日，万东医疗（600055）发布公告，公司董事长马赤兵因个人原因于2026年1月25日辞去董事长、董事及其他相关职务
同时，公司于2026年1月26日召开董事会，选举王建国为新任董事长，任期自会议审议通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
王建国拥有丰富的管理经验，曾在美的集团（000333）担任多个高管职务，现任美的集团执行董事及执行总裁等。
2025年前三季度，万东医疗实现收入11.89亿元，归母净利润-2721万元。
