新京报贝壳财经讯 1月26日，均胜电子公告，预计2025年年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润约13.5亿元，与上年同期相比将增加约3.9亿元，同比增长40.56%。报告期内，因公司上市子公司广东香山衡器集团股份有限公司转让衡器业务、公司优化处置海外个别工厂等事项导致非经常性损失约1.6亿元。
