1月23日，陕国投A（000563）发布公告，因工作变动原因，冯栋申请辞去业务总监职务，原定任期到期日为公司第十届董事会届满之日。辞职后，冯栋担任公司证券信托投资部总经理职务。
2025年前三季度，陕国投A实现收入21.61亿元，归母净利润9.96亿元。
