“我只眼神给出去”“我的身体形成了一个X字形”……近期，一名自媒体博主“黑白颠周媛”走红网络。她开办所谓“魅力女性修炼班”，教授女性如何用眼神、肢体语言吸引男性。据媒体报道，其主账号已被封。

A Chinese social media influencer known for offering courses on "mastering feminine charm" has been banned from multiple platforms following widespread criticism that her teachings promote the objectification of women and reinforce regressive gender stereotypes.

The influencer, Zhou Yuan, who operated under the account name "Heibai Dian Zhou Yuan", gained attention through viral short videos demonstrating techniques such as "seductive eye contact" and "X-shaped body poses" aimed at attracting male attention. Her "charm cultivation classes" claimed to teach women how to use gaze, posture, and demeanor to appeal to men.

While some followers mimicked her content online, many netizens expressed discomfort, describing the lessons as "demeaning" and questioning who would genuinely seek such training. Critics argued that the courses reduced women's value to their physical presentation and encouraged performative behavior to please others.

By Wednesday, several of Zhou's accounts had been set to private. The following day, her main account was banned.

评论称，健康的两性交往，源自平等的尊重与真诚的吸引。真正的女性魅力，源于人格的独立、智慧的积淀和内心的丰盈。将“魅力”简化为眼神与姿态的“技法”……不仅是对女性的物化，更是以“自我提升”为名，行自我矮化之实。这个过程当然不排斥人际关系的经营，但其核心动力源于对成为更好自己的期待，而非对他人目光的焦虑。

China Women's News condemned the courses in a commentary, arguing that healthy relationships are built on mutual respect and genuine attraction, not manipulation through gestures and looks.

It stated that true charm stems from independence, wisdom, and inner richness, warning that reducing "charm" to mere technique "not only objectifies women but also constitutes self-diminishment in the name of self-improvement".
