在瑞金二路148号，现在的黄浦区牙病防治所的阁楼上，曾经是永不消逝的电波故事原型之一，秦鸿钧烈士的秘密电台所在。早些年，这处旧址仅有一块字迹模糊的文物名牌，英烈的事迹也鲜为人知，而如今，黄浦区检察院通过制发检察建议，让这处旧址焕然新生。
