新华社首尔1月22日电（记者黄昕欣）韩国负责调查紧急戒严事件的特检组22日说，已就韩国前总统尹锡悦一审判决结果中无罪判决部分及量刑问题提出上诉。
尹锡悦16日因妨碍执行特殊公务等罪名一审被判有期徒刑5年。尹锡悦目前身陷8起刑事诉讼，16日是其涉嫌内乱相关案件的首场宣判。
