当地时间1月21日凌晨，俄罗斯克拉斯诺达尔边疆区行动指挥部通报，由于无人机碎片坠落，阿菲普斯基炼油厂区域内记录到火灾。火势已被扑灭，无人员伤亡和基础设施损坏。
