智欣集团控股（02187）发布公告，2026年1月21日，公司的全资附属公司智欣新能源科技（龙岩）有限公司竞得位于龙岩市永定区石寨背矿区约380万立方米之玻璃用脉石英矿剩余砂石土，购买价462万元。
此外，智欣新能源与永定区自然资源局订立国有建设用地使用权出让合同，以收购两处工业用地使用权，用作建设厂房及生产线，以筛选提取及综合利用玻璃用脉石英矿剩余沙石土，交易价合计721万元。
