财联社1月22日电，民政部、财政部近日联合印发《关于全面启动实施向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴项目的通知》，决定在前期试点工作基础上，于2026年1月1日起，在全国范围内组织实施向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴项目，实施周期为12个自然月。
