格隆汇1月21日丨ST易购(002024.SZ)公布，公司子公司南京白下苏宁易购商贸有限公司（简称“南京白下苏宁”）与关联方苏宁置业集团有限公司、苏宁电器集团有限公司签署租赁协议，南京白下苏宁租赁南京新街口苏宁生活广场B1至5层区域用于SuningMax南京淮海路店经营，租赁面积共计18,462.35平方米，租期2026年1月1日至2030年12月31日，合同租金总额16,480万元。
