南矿集团(001360)1月21日公告，公司近日与内蒙古西金矿业有限公司（简称“西金矿业”）签订《阿拉善左旗西金矿业5000万吨/年破碎站项目破碎筛分主设备买卖合同》，公司为西金矿业提供设备，合同金额为2.96亿元（含税），占公司2024年经审计营业收入的38.08%。
