格隆汇1月21日丨ST华西(002630.SZ)公布，公司于2026年1月21日召开第六届董事会第二十一次会议, 通过了《关于聘任公司董事会秘书的议案》。经公司董事长提名，董事会提名委员会任职资格审查通过，公司董事会同意聘任吴胜峰为公司董事会秘书，任期从本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会任期届满。公司董事长黄有全先生不再代行董事会秘书职责。
