财联社1月21日电，中天精装在互动平台表示，深圳远见智存科技有限公司系公司间接参股企业，穿透计算的持股比例为6.71%，不属于公司合并报表范围内企业。远见智存聚焦高带宽存储芯片（HBM）领域，目前HBM2e产品已实现流片及量产；HBM3/3e已完成HBM设计及仿真，正在推动流片工作。
