今日，最新一期LPR（贷款市场报价利率）公布：1年期LPR为3.00%，5年期以上LPR为3.50%。
来源于中国人民银行
无论是1年期还是房贷利率参考的5年期以上LPR，自去年5月起，已经连续8个月保持不变。
根据央行最新LPR，上海房贷利率执行情况如下：
首套：3.5％-45BP=3.05%
二套（主城）：3.5％-5BP=3.45%
二套（临港、嘉定、青浦、松江、奉贤、宝山、金山）：3.5％-25BP=3.25%
上海房贷利率仍保持历史最低。
