【台积电加大先进封装投资 因苹果A20芯片或采用WMCM技术】《科创板日报》20日讯，台积电持续加大对先进封装技术的投资，因苹果公司在为iPhone 18搭载的A20系列芯片过渡到2nm工艺的同时，也计划将封装技术从目前的InFO（集成扇出型）工艺升级到WMCM（晶圆级多芯片模块）封装。据悉，台积电正在嘉义AP7工厂新建一条WMCM生产线。
