1月19日19时32分，昭通市巧家县发生5.1级地震，震源深度10千米。地震发生后，云南省抗震救灾指挥部高度重视，立即启动地震应急四级响应。省抗震救灾指挥部办公室派出工作组赶赴地震灾区，指导震区做好灾情核查、监测预警、会商研判和应急救灾相关工作。
