1月18日15时许，内蒙古包头市西侧一厂区发生爆炸，周边地区有明显震感，伤亡情况暂不详。
另据央视新闻报道，记者从相关部门人员了解到，截至1月18日15时55分，经过救援人员的全力处置，已成功救出5名受伤人员。当前，消防救援人员仍在现场持续开展救援工作。
