格隆汇1月16日｜据报道，美国最大几家银行2025年减员人数创近十年来新高，高管们试图通过缩减这一通常最高昂的开支项目来控制成本。截至2025年12月底，摩根大通、美国银行、花旗集团、富国银行、高盛集团、摩根士丹利六大银行2025年累计裁员1.06万人，年末员工总数降至109万，创2021年以来新低，也是2016年后最大规模减员。
