财联社1月16日电，午后存储芯片概念持续走强，佰维存储触及20cm涨停创历史新高，此前金太阳20cm涨停，汇成股份、江波龙、蓝箭电子涨超10%，兆易创新逼近涨停。消息面上，TrendForce集邦咨询发布最新调研报告，预估整体一般型DRAM合约价将季增55%-60%。NAND Flash则因原厂控管产能，和服务器强劲拉货排挤其他应用，预计各类产品合约价持续上涨33%-38%。
