财联社1月16日电，存储芯片概念震荡拉升，佰维存储涨超8%续创新高，江波龙、德明利、开普云、香农芯创、北京君正、国科微、时空科技跟涨。消息面上，Counterpoint Research最新报告指出，内存市场已进入“超级牛市”阶段，当前行情甚至超越了2018年的历史高点。预计2026年Q1还将再涨40%–50%。
