北京时间1月16日，欧足联官方发布的公告确认，2月12月将会举行2026-27赛季欧国联小组赛阶段的分组抽签仪式。
第50届欧足联常规大会欧洲当地时间2026年2月12月将在比利时的布鲁塞尔进行，当天同时还会进行2026-27赛季欧国联小组赛阶段的分组抽签仪式。
在2024-25赛季的欧国联比赛中，葡萄牙最终在决赛里点球战胜西班牙，队史第二次赢得欧国联的冠军。
