1月15日，海航控股（600221）发布公告，2025年12月主要运营数据显示，本集团合并收入客公里（RPK）为10545.80百万公里，同比增长6.13%。其中，国内收入客公里为8107.62百万公里，同比增长1.37%，国际收入客公里为2413.25百万公里，同比增长25.76%。
公告还指出，本集团在2025年12月引进1架A320NEO飞机和2架C909飞机。截至2025年12月底，本集团合计运营359架飞机。
2025年前三季度，海航控股实现收入534.38亿元，归母净利润28.45亿元。
