财联社1月15日电，近期，A股上市公司跨境并购交易明显升温。Wind数据显示，2025年12月以来，A股公司共披露8起跨境并购事件，而2025年11月无相关案例，2025年10月和9月分别仅有4起和2起。从已披露的案例来看，当前海外并购呈现行业更集中、目的地更多元、民营企业担当主力等特点。
