财联社1月14日电，中国西电(601179.SH)公告称，公司持股5%以上股东通用电气新加坡公司已减持公司股份1.03亿股，占公司总股本的2.00%，减持后持有公司股份2.56亿股，持股比例降至4.99%，不再是公司持股5%以上股东。同时，通用电气新加坡公司决定提前终止减持计划。此次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东、实际控制人发生变化。
