IT之家 1 月 14 日消息，存储模组厂商 ATP 今日宣布推出全球最小的 eMMC 闪存模组 E700Pc / E600Vc。这两款模组三维 6.7×7.2×0.65 (mm)，比标准尺寸 eMMC 小了 67%，面向需求低功耗和低空间占用的智能眼镜等应用场景。
IT之家了解到，E700Pc / E600Vc 均采用 125-ball FBGA 封装，完全符合 eMMC 5.1 规范要求，支持 x1 / x4 / x8 总线速度模式，具备 HS400 DDR 模式，顺序读取可达 240MB/s、顺序写入可达 210MB/s。
两款产品中，E600Vc 为原生 TLC NAND 闪存版本，容量为 64 GB，写入耐久性达 12 TB；E700Pc 配置为 pSLC 模式，容量为 20 GB，写入耐久性为 680 TB。
