格隆汇1月14日丨保诚(02378.HK)宣布，范智廉爵士(Sir Douglas Flint)将获委任为非执行董事及候任主席，并将在公司于2026年5月28日举行的股东周年大会后接替 Shriti Vadera 担任董事会主席。Shriti Vadera 将于同日退任董事会，届时，她已完成其六年的任期。
