从滨海新区交运局获悉，备受市民瞩目的天津市轨道交通Z4线一期工程（北段）将于1月18日开通运营。Z4线一期工程（北段）北塘站—寨上站，线路全程23.738千米，设地上站十座。该工程是天津市20项民心工程和滨海新区重要民心工程之一。
