财联社1月13日电，掌阅科技(603533.SH)公告称，股东北京量子跃动科技有限公司因自身需要，拟通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过438.90万股，占公司总股本比例不超过1.00%。减持期间为2026年2月5日至2026年5月6日，且在任意连续90个自然日内减持股份总数不超过公司股本总数的1%。减持股份来源为协议转让取得。
