【财华社讯】声通科技(02495.HK)公布，于2026年1月12日，公司拟向State Fortune Global Strategic LPF发行673万股认购股份，相当于经配发及发行认购股份而扩大后公司股份约15.93%。每股认购股份46.3港元，较H股于认购协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股57.8港元折让约19.9%。认购所得款项净额约3.11亿港元，公司拟将约50%用于研发投入，以增强公司的技术能力及提升产品创新水平；约50%用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
