美股周一早盘，美国定期航空客运服务提供商忠实旅行公司（ALGT）下跌5.5%，太阳国航空公司（SNCY）大涨11.7%，此前此前忠实旅行公司同意以约15亿美元现金加股票交易收购太阳国航空公司，合并后将形成一家规模更大的以休闲旅客为主的美国航司，拥有约195架飞机和超过650条航线，尚待监管批准。
