1月7日，第十届“长期主义——丁祖昱评楼市2026年度发布会”在上海举行。
会上，丁祖昱表示，从土地市场来看，土地投资规模持续缩量。2025年大量土地集中在年末完成出让，一线城市缩量提质，二线城市优化结构。2025年全年土地市场成交金额TOP5城市为上海、北京、杭州、成都、武汉，这五个城市成交总金额占核心城市成交总金额25%，土地市场集中度明显高于新房。
