区块链分析公司 TRM Labs 报告显示，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队（IRGC）自 2023 年以来通过两家英国注册加密交易所 Zedcex 和 Zedxion转移资金，规模约 10 亿美元，以规避国际制裁。IRGC 相关交易占两所 2023–2025 年总量 56%，大多使用 Tron 网络 USDT。资金从 2023 年约 2400 万美元增长到 2024 年 6.19 亿美元、2025 年 4.10 亿美元。两交易所宣称遵守反洗钱规定，但未回应置评。（The Block）
