1月8日，新开源（300109）发布公告，计划使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购部分人民币普通股（A股），回购价格上限为25.77元/股，回购资金总额不低于4000万元且不超过5000万元，预计回购股份数量在194万股至155万股，占公司总股本的0.40%至0.32%。
2025年前三季度，新开源实现收入9.51亿元，归母净利润2.01亿元。
