默沙东公司1月7日宣布，其子公司已成功完成对Cidara Therapeutics公司全部流通普通股的现金要约收购。2025年11月，默沙东与Cidara达成最终协议。根据协议，默沙东将通过子公司以每股221.50美元现金收购Cidara，交易总金额约达92亿美元。（智通财经）
