近日，北京市住建委公布央企在京第五批老旧小区综合整治项目名单，311个项目涵盖全市15个区，其中房山区10个项目入选。
据了解，本批次的项目涵盖良乡中路24号院、房山火车站家属楼、石楼镇铁路社区等多个小区，涉及23个楼栋，29213.58平方米。
