财联社1月7日电，存储芯片概念大面积高开，普冉股份20cm涨停，走出3天2板，恒烁股份、香农芯创、开普云、江波龙高开超10%，时空科技、德明利、兆易创新、大为股份、北京君正、神工股份跟涨。消息面上，美股SanDisk收涨超27%，创去年2月份以来最大单日涨幅。西部数据涨超16%，创逾五年来最大单日涨幅。美光科技涨超10%，再创历史新高。
