格隆汇1月6日｜美国炼油商菲利普斯66公司表示，同意收购位于英格兰北部的林赛炼油厂的资产和基础设施，此前该炼油厂已清算，并将把关键设施整合到其亨伯炼油厂中。菲利普斯66并未透露交易金额，公司指，经过竞标过程中的详细审查，公司决定不重启该炼油厂的独立营运。
