1月5日，登云股份（002715）发布公告，经北京市朝阳区人民检察院批准，北京市公安局朝阳分局于2025年12月25日对涉嫌非法吸收公众存款罪的公司实际控制人杨涛执行逮捕。
2025年前三季度，登云股份实现收入4.06亿元，归母净利润-268万元。
