记者来到现场后看到，这处围挡全长约50米，部分围挡已严重变形并向人行道方向倾斜，最大倾斜角度约40度，与地面形成明显的“危险夹角”。记者走近后观察发现，固定围挡的铁丝锈迹斑斑，围挡铁皮也在随风晃动。
