格隆汇12月31日丨证监会发布的《公开募集证券投资基金销售费用管理规定》着重解决认购费、申购费率水平相对偏高，赎回费收取机制设计复杂，销售服务费缺乏有效规制的突出问题。规定拉平并降低认（申）购费率收取上限。主动偏股型基金，认申购费不高于0.8%；其他混合型基金，认申购费不高于0.5%；指数型基金、债券型基金认申购费不高于0.3％。
