川润股份（002272）发布公告，部分募投项目延期。根据公告，公司决定将“川润液压液冷产品产业化及智能制造升级技术改造项目”的预计达到可使用状态时间从2025年12月31日延长至2026年6月30日。
项目的设备采购、安装及调试进度有所延缓，故决定延长达到可使用状态的期限。
2025年前三季度，川润股份实现收入12.62亿元，归母净利润-2166万元。
