国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任、新闻发言人李超12月31日在新闻发布会上表示，消费品以旧换新方面，国家发展改革委将严格执法监管，组织开展专项行动，对于骗补套补、先涨后补等这些违法违规行为，发现一起、查处一起、曝光一起。同时还将加强行政执法与刑事司法之间的衔接，及时将相关的案件线索转交给司法机关，追究法律责任。
