12月30日，市审批局发布公告，自2026年1月1日起，取消建筑节能专项验收事项。
市审批局公告具体内容：根据11月14日《山西省住房和城乡建设厅关于废止部分行政规范性文件的公告》，《民用建筑节能专项验收管理办法》予以废止。我局决定自2026年1月1日起，取消建筑节能专项验收事项，《建筑节能专项验收合格书》不再作为办理竣工验收备案的要件。（陈 剑）
