证券日报网讯 12月30日，招商积余在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，经董事会审议同意，2025年11月13日，公司在北京产权交易所公开挂牌出售控股子公司衡阳中航地产有限公司60%股权。截至本次挂牌公示期满征集到1家合格意向受让方即衡阳高新投置业有限公司。2025年12月25日，公司与衡阳高新投置业有限公司签署了《产权交易合同》。
