格隆汇12月29日丨新凤鸣(603225.SH)公布，新凤鸣江苏新拓新材有限公司为新凤鸣集团股份有限公司全资子公司，注册资本为人民币35亿元。根据公司战略发展目标和需要，公司以自有资金向江苏新拓新增15亿元人民币注册资本，新增注册资本后江苏新拓注册资本变更为50亿元人民币，并仍为公司全资子公司。
