财联社12月29日电，早盘算力芯片概念拉升，芯原股份涨超10%，天普股份一度逼近涨停，刷新历史高点，云天励飞、翱捷科技、寒武纪、中科蓝讯跟涨。消息面上，芯原股份12月27日晚公告，2025年10月1日至2025年12月25日，公司新签订单24.94亿元，较去年第四季度全期大幅增长129.94%，较今年第三季度全期进一步增长56.54%，再创历史单季度新高。
