12月28日，ST路通（300555）发布公告，股东吴世春承诺自愿代偿公司实际控制人及其关联方的资金占用款项。2025年12月27日，公司已收到吴世春代偿的资金占用本金869万元，利息153万元，总计1023万元。
资金占用事项源于2021年9月至2022年7月期间，公司实际控制人及其关联方通过中间方将资金划转至相关关联人银行账户，累计发生资金占用1.56亿元。
2025年前三季度，ST路通实现收入6292万元，归母净利润-3627万元。
