财联社12月26日电，海南发展(002163.SZ)公告称，由于子公司海控三鑫无法偿还到期银行债务，近日公司根据与相关银行签署的《保证合同》履行了连带保证担保责任，为海控三鑫向相关银行代偿本息合计1.25亿元。
