12月24日，重庆市北碚区茨竹镇重点民生安置项目“馨竹苑”安置房迎来交付。现场暖意融融，拿到新房钥匙的居民喜气洋洋，迫不及待查看新家、畅谈装修，欢声笑语中满是对新生活的期盼。
本次分房惠及75户家庭，共分配115套房屋，圆了群众“安居梦”，切实提升了居民的获得感和幸福感。
