中信建投证券（601066.SH）原债券承销部执行总经理、江西区域负责人房蓓蓓，因在 2019 年路劲地产（01098.HK）公司债 “19 路劲 01” 发行过程中私下收受 “返费”，被认定构成受贿罪。2025 年 12 月 5 日，黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市龙沙区人民法院作出一审判决，鉴于其累计涉案金额超 540 万元，依法判处其有期徒刑 10 年 6 个月。
